Summary

The short version.

Your content stays yoursIt stays in your browser. We never receive it, so there is nothing for us to claim or license.
The workspace is session-scopedIt lasts as long as the browser tab. Closing the tab clears it.
Keep your own copyTodoi is not storage. Anything you need tomorrow should exist somewhere else too.

Using Todoi

01
Open access

No account is required. Opening the app gives you a workspace held in your own browser.

02
One tab, one workspace

Each tab keeps its own workspace. Tabs do not share projects with each other.

03
No sharing

There are no invites, members, or share links. A workspace is visible only where it was created.

Your content

Project titles, list names, item titles, notes, subitems, tags, and dates stay in the browser you typed them into. They are never transmitted to us, which also means we cannot recover them for you. See the privacy page for the full picture.

Availability and warranty

Todoi is provided as is and as available. Features may change or be removed, and the page may be unavailable during updates. Once loaded, the app keeps running without a connection - but reloading while offline will not work.

There is no warranty about durability, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for lost work or other indirect or consequential harm arising from use of the app.

Acceptable use

01
No abuse

Do not attack, scrape, or overload the site, or try to bypass technical protections.

02
No harmful workflows

Do not use Todoi to coordinate illegal activity, harassment, or unauthorised access to other systems.

03
No critical dependency

Do not use it as the only record for regulated records, emergencies, or anything where losing a browser tab would cause serious harm.

These terms may be revised as the app changes; material changes appear here and, where relevant, on the privacy and cookies pages. Questions go to [email protected].
