What we collect

Of what you type: nothing.

WorkspaceProjects, lists, items, subitems, tags, notes, and dates are created and stored on your device only.

PreferencesYour theme choice and current view sit alongside the workspace, in the same browser session.

AnalyticsGoogle Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, records which pages are opened, the referring link, and coarse device and country data, under a random ID held in two cookies. In Europe it does not load until you accept the notice, and declining removes the cookies. It receives no task content.

EmailIf you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as it takes to answer.

Server logsThe host serving this page may record standard request data such as IP address and user agent, as any web server does. That is about page delivery, never task content.

Where your tasks live

The whole workspace sits in your browser’s session storage, scoped to the tab you are working in. Reloading keeps your work; closing the tab discards it. Because that storage is local, we cannot read it, back it up, or restore it.

Sharing and processing

Your tasks are not shared with anyone.

No subprocessors handle task data, and there are no advertising partners. Google processes the page-visit data described above, and nothing else. Nothing you type is used for profiling, model training, or automated decisions - the app has no assistant and no feature that sends your text anywhere. Email you send us is handled by our mail provider in the ordinary way.

Retention and your rights

Workspace data is kept for the life of the browser tab and no longer. You can clear it at any moment by closing the tab or through your browser’s site-data controls.

Access, portability, and erasure requests apply to data a service holds about you. Using the app leaves us no task data at all. The analytics record is a random ID with no name or address attached, held for as long as the retention window set on the Google Analytics property. In Europe, declining the notice prevents it entirely. Elsewhere, blocking it takes a browser setting, a content blocker, or Google’s opt-out add-on. If you have written to us by email and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will remove it.
